The Easthampton Feed building has housed a feed store for close to 100 years. Located on the Manhan Rail Trail bike path, this historic structure used to receive loads of grain from stopped train cars that would send loose wheat and oats down a chute into the building’s grain tower. The store still operates as a multi-level warehouse today, and you may see staff sending bags of feed down the chute to the first floor to be loaded into your vehicle.
Formerly Community Feed of Easthampton, the store became Easthampton Feed in December, 2007 when it was purchased by Bob Williams. In 2019, the store changed hands again when Bob sold the business to his daughter, Jenn Stauffer, son-in-law David Stauffer (who had been the acting manager of Easthampton Feed since 2007) and long time Westfield Feed employee Mike Sadowski.
